Book Recommendations

Early on, Richard Bach was one of my favorites. Granted the ideas are overly simplistic - but for a young mind they do open some interesting lines of questioning. Highly recommended!

I enjoy anything by Mark Epstein. His blending of buddhist concepts and modern psychological thinking is fascinating!
Thoughts without a Thinker is a deeper, more technical book than most of Epsteins others. But again, his work is fascinating and well worth wading through!
A great book about learning to be more present in the moment.
Owning your desires rather than denying them. Not as deep as some of his other work but an enjoyable read.
Pema Chodron is a master at using buddhist philosophy to help us grow in a compassionate way. I recommend pretty much anything she has written.
John Bradshaws work can help those setting out on the path of greater self awareness.
While I don't agree with everything in this book, it is amazing for learning to see the dynamics and drama in our relationships. Highly recommended!
For those who had a hard time growing up, this book can be incredibly eye opening.
